YearlyKos update: Candidate forum
The YearlyKos candidate forum for the Democrats has come and gone, with no real bombshells emanating from the Windy City to speak of, which is probably good for the contenders themselves but a bit annoying for pundits like us. Either way, there were some good tidbits, including an awkward moment from Hillary on lobbyists (”They’re real Americans, too”: OMG) that will come around to bite her verrrry soon. PB wasn’t at the event, so we will never be able to top the spiffy job of on-the-spot reporting from WaPo’s Chris Cillizza. He’s got a good round-up of the Dem forum, including highs and lows of each candidate. Go there, then come back here to discuss.
