Dem Bill Richardson - he of the impeccable resume but horrible campaigning skills - is apparently prepared to exit the race tomorrow. Those close to BR say that the decision has already been made. The final straw was his disappointing 5% finish in New Hampshire, where he had been polling close to 10%.
